Critical Volunteer Opportunities for 2024

Help us address our community's most pressing needs by volunteering in key areas: office support, education programs, Veteran transportation, HOPE Center mentorship, and event planning. Your time and skills can make a lasting impact!

Office Support

Help with reception, answering phones, and providing general assistance at our main office.

‍When: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Adult & Community Education (ACE)

Support our education programs as a teacher’s assistant, administrative helper, or Cool Kids Club volunteer.

‍When: Thursdays, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

DESERVE Transportation Program

Become a driver and help local Veterans reach their medical appointments and essential errands.

When: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

HOPE Center

Lead support groups to guide and encourage Men of HOPE on their journey to independence.

When: Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM

impact community shelter

Support our overnight shelter, which opens when temperatures drop below 32°F.

‍When:
Daytime Volunteers: When the shelter is not open overnight
‍Evening & Overnight Volunteers: When the shelter is open overnight

‍Additional Need:
Meal Providers: Dinner, breakfast, and bagged lunches for guests

When the shelter operates overnight, daytime services are suspended to focus on overnight needs.
